i have a perodua, proton, toyota and honda cars. i can see the diff 1)lee motor SP & ban chuu bee KB are only slightly better than proton (2009-2013), but way behind UMW & toyota. PLEASE IMPROVE 2)on 1dec18, i went to ban chu bee tunjong KB to do inspection/repair of honda city side mirror. THings to highlight about the visit i)apoinment at 830am, surprisingly the inspection took 1.5H++ (inspection ONLY)..is this normal in honda service centre?? ii)called by cashier at 1010am, she couldnt answer detail questions by me about the side mirror condition, i asked for the mechanic who did the inspection, but he was out for breakfast? Then only the spare part price was sought iii)spare part price was VERY EXPENSIVE as compared to the minor damage.. why so expensive? rm500+ for sidemirror cap??? 3)PLEASE BUCKUP HM, i prefer honda cars to toyota, but after sales service in HM is NO GOOD vs TOyota, My next car might be toyota if no improvement in 1-2year

I urge Honda Malaysia to seriously take stern action on its authorised dealer Peringgit Auto (puchong) for breach of trust and misconduct by their employee and also Peringgit Management has chosen to keep silent despite numerous attempts to get their resolution since November 2018. Misapporpriating customers IC copy and their managers choosing to side their employee even after proving material fact they are at fault.

So far Honda customer service officers has taken a “look and see” attitude since April 2019. This complaint has fallen on silent ears from all parties and is a big disappointment, including Honda Malaysia.

Does Honda only respond when customers resort to taking legal action against its authorised dealer and also Honda??

My car was unable to start on 10th April 2019. Towed to Honda Ipoh (Jln KK). They said the battery problem (State of Health 10% and State of Charge 23%). We paid for the battery and replaced. On the same day evening the car was unable to start again after many attempts. Called the technicians. They came and tried to start, it started.

On 4th May 2019, the car was unable to start again and was towed to Honda Setia Alam. Next day the PIC informed us that the Oil Pump was blocked due to the usage of Shell Ron97. Thus, its need to be replaced and advised us try avoid using Shell Ron97.

On 15 May 2019, I sent my old battery to Honda to retest and the reading was 43% and 68%.

I’m wondering if it was battery issue and fuel pump? If fuel pump, why i was asked to change battery at Ipoh, but the same day car was unable to start ? And 2 different reading on the same battery? AND whats wrong with Shell Ron97? Its the battery? Pump? or Fuel? Please clarify.

    Thank you.
