I bought a huawei smartwatch 2 on 31st august 2018, everything was fine until one of the button came off. I went hunting for a button to all the watch shop but its not available. so went to huawei service center but was told that the button they dont have. Huawei if you are listening, customer service is your priority but small things like a button please make it available for sales so that I could still use the watch. im not looking for a warranty claim. im just looking for a button to replace on my watch. Was it my fault of losing the button or is it your smartwatch quality in question?
