    Dear responsible,
    I would like share an unpleasent situaiton that I recently experienced with Turkish Toyota sales policy.
    Turkish Toyota management has recently incereased Toyota CH R model pirce. I was going to purchase 2017 Toyota C-HR 1.8 Hybrid Advance model. Last month the price was 116.900 turkish lira which is approximately 28.000 Euro. I was about to purchase it but in August , Turkish Toyota management increased price to 121.000 turkish lira which is approximately 29,000 Euro. At first I was shocked and made a phone call for an explanation. The responsible put forward some reasons such as;
    – Turkish lira and Euro parity!
    Toyota is not small manufacturer and can not reflect this kind of small parity diffrences to its customers. Stability on price should be the most important step if you are willing to sale those cars in Turkey. Even, that car is being manufactured in Turkey. Only the main parts of the car being provided from out of Turkey other parts has suppliers in local.

    – The other reason that Turkish Toyota put forward is lack of CH R model in stocks.
    Whattt!? Are they serios. Does Toyota sell apple or pear at local market. Toyota is not small manufacturer or sales person at local market. Toyota can not behave like an opportunist. İt is Toyota.İf there is a lack of cars in stock then company should manufacture it instead of increasing the pirce. What a policy is that?!

    Due to that policy Toyota Turkey ll see inevitable decrease in sales. First I changed my mind, most probably Toyota Turkey ll see a sharp decline in sales numbers end of this quarter. The only reason of decrease is wrong policy and noncareless of spoiled Turkish Toyota management.

    First of all I am very disappointed with Toyota Car quality nowadays, I bought a new car last Dec 2017 at Toyota Telagamas Motors,Kulim, Kedah. I have complaint for car paint being dented at Toyota Service Centre Bayan Lepas,Penang. There are many paint dented dot marks being notice increasing.When I compliant to the service centre, The PIC doesn’t meet my requirements and too reason being given to solve my issue from re-occurrence. Please check on the car paint quality.In additional two days ago my car windscreen hit by tiny small stone from across road and the windscreen been cracked.

    Please get some expert and someone that can check on the issue. This is very frustration each time I have to send my car to show the defect. Then they will take photo and make a complaint. After that I have wait for few weeks or months to confirmation approval from HQ.
    I cannot believe that a new car would give me so much trouble in less than 1 year. If I ever have the financial capability to own another car, rest assured it will never be a Toyota again. If I was asked to recommend a car to friends and family, rest assured that Toyota will never be one of them.

    Dear Sir/Madam,

    I am writing today to complain of the poor service I received from your company from January until today. There are no responses or any confirmation that I receive to make me calm pertaining the status of my ordered car.

    For your information, I was booked my car (Green Rush) from December 2018 with no ( Booking no B607956) . I am waiting until month of February – deposit already given 10% as per request. Unfortunately the arrived car was the tinted car that I absolutely not ordered before. I was forced to pay and bear the cost worth RM 2100.00 while I actually should receive my car(with FULL SPAC TOYOTA TINTIED AS THE PROMISE OF YOUR SALEMAN MR ONG TOYOTA HIEWA TOYOTA GALLERY MELAKA…!!! ) at the end of February as promised.

    Your sales representative MR ONG did not help much in backing me up to fight for my rights. HE ask me to follow up with HQ by myself. I called HQ so many times. But there still no clear due date/ explanation.

    I am most annoyed that I wasted a lot of time to call and follow up with Toyota Malacca and HQ about my ordered car. The questioned is when it can be arrive here? I am absolutely not agree to bear tinted cost worth RM 2100.00. My impression of your company has been tarnished, and I am now concerned about how my booking fees and 10% down payment that I’ve drawn before? Is it useless to you?

    I trust this is not the way Toyota wishes to conduct business with valued customers—I have been trust with Toyota based on customers review. Thus, don’t let me down a negative vibes. I would welcome the opportunity to discuss matters further and please help me to solve this. I look forward to hearing from you.
